How do you like to do FB Reach?

I'm thinking of doing FB Reach as my next program (after FB Bodyweight 1 & 2) because it's no equipment and improved flexibility is one of my goals.

However, I love my cardio and strength training too much to do Reach by itself, and many days I don't have time to combine it with the FB Bodyweight workouts.

So how do you like to do your FB Reach program?

I've thought of these options...

- Do Reach seriously and add individual cardio/strength workouts on days when I have more time.

- Wait until I have weights (October or December) and combine it with FB30.

- Combine it with a Bodyweight and reschedule on days when I don't have time for the Reach workout.

What has worked well for you? What other options can you think of?
