Advice needed for exercising with depression

So this is kind of complicated, but I’ll try to explain. I suffer from depression and exercising helps so so much. However, I’m doing a workout program and for the weekend there’s only one day of exercising and it’s only low impact for a short amount of time. However, when I feel depressed the only thing that can make me feel better is exercises that get my heart rate up, but I don’t want to over do it and sabotage my weight loss - but I don’t want to feel depressed either. What’s everyone’s thoughts? I understand that this is a tricky situation and that most people are not professionals, but I don’t know who else to ask. Thanks in advance :)
