Can I do single workouts alongside FBabs?

Hi,

I've just started FBabs, and today is a HIIT and strength workout for half an hour. I usually workout for a bit longer than this so I would I be able to do another single workout of something after? If so what do you recommend that doesn't hinder FBabs and works alongside it?

I don't want to do a whole other programme alongside it! Just single workouts on days where there is only one workout.

Or is what they give you each day enough?
