FBabs question!

Hi!

I bought FBabs round 1 today :)

I've changed the two days I have off week to Saturday and Sunday (I don't have time to workout these two days because of work).

I'm looking to start it tomorrow (Thursday). Is it ok to do it for two days then have a 2 day break then do the next 5 days then have a 2 day break at the weekend ect...

I hope this makes sense :/! I'm basically asking if it's okay to start doing it for just two days or should I just start on a Monday. (It would be easier for me to start tomorrow though)
