Loving FB Abs R2!

Only 3 days in, and let me tell you all the thrills I already encountered: 2 old favorites, 2 new favorites, 2 extra credits that felt just the right thing at the right time, ALL areas of body being worked (not just core), some killer HIIT, some ‘oh this is waking me up and boosting my energy’ light cardio, interesting new ways to challenge balance, some weightlifting, some bodyweight strength training… I mean, it has EVERYTHING! The structure, the balance, the variety, I’m loving every single bit of it. And I’m not even a core fan! (which was exactly why I needed this program, to stop neglecting it) At the risk of sounding overly excited, I feel the power of wisely chosen workouts in the right order and pace is regenerating! I can’t wait to see what’s in store next. I think I’ll never go back to scheduling my own workouts! :)
