2nd week is the hardest week

I've been a long-time haphazard user of FB (as well as many other gyms, classes, etc), and just recently signed up for my first workout program and I couldn't be more motivated! Until the dreaded second week. I've noticed a pattern in myself, which is that the first week I am ready to get my life together and I follow the plan to a T! But by the start of week 2 I am exhausted, and I find any excuse to skip a day or two, and then overeat on delicious Mexican food...

So, how do you get through your 2 week slump; or whatever your equivalent of this road block is?
