Hi FB family! I've been down with a pretty bad cold for the last two weeks, so I've pushed the last week of #FBMass until I'm over the chest congestion. Been walking on the treadmill for 30 minutes a day as that in and of itself makes me tired!
Has anyone tried FB Adventure? I work a 4/10 workweek, so I think this would be a great match for the work week, and then I can have my "adventure" over the weekend by hiking :) Any reviews or thoughts on the program?
