Just wanna say thanks to the community!

A couple of weeks ago I made my first post on here asking for advice as I was experiencing lower back pain during squats and deadlifts despite form being fine.

I got lots of responses from people recommending FB Abs to me as it sounded like I have a weak core. I never train core so that made sense.

I went for FB Abs 2 and My last workout is scheduled for tomorrow. I loved it SO MUCH. It’s my favourite programme so far (I’ve done Flex, Booty and FB Sweat). I never would have considered it if it wasn’t for you guys because I hated training core and I assumed the Abs programme would be pure core work. Boy, was I wrong.

My whole body is stronger. I feel great! And I’m still keeping my squats and deadlifts lighter than normal for now but the back pain is gone.

So thanks again for being such a bunch of cool, helpful people and for anyone who is considering Abs round 2, PLEASE just get it. It’s amazing!!!!
