Dislocated shoulder - workouts while recovering

Hi all!

I dislocated my shoulder exercising about a month ago. I've been using FB workouts for over 4 years. This is the first injury I've had in over 20 years of exercising, just some freak accident!

I've been cleared by my doctor and physio therapist to do lower body exercises exclusively. I cannot lift weights or do any workouts which involve my arms as I'm still working on getting mobility in my right arm.

Just wondering if anyone else has been in a similar situation and has any suggestions on specific workout videos. I know that I will need to skip certain exercises / modify others, but I'm hoping to be able to at least do some cardio work while I work with the PT on strength and mobility for my injured arm.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated!
