One side is stronger than the other! HELP!

I have noticed I put a lot of weight on my right leg. When I stand, i'll shift to my right leg. When I workout, I notice my right side feeling more worked than the left. I have spent the last month and a half working on being conscious on how much I use the right side and try to equally workout my legs. I will do more reps one leg than the other, I have even focused completely on the left side for a few workouts, however I still feel stronger on my right leg every time my workout is complete! Any ideas?
