I've gotten workout DVDs, had my sister train me (master trainer at 24 fitness, but moved to KC) and even friends and I would try all these new workout places or crazes and nothing stuck with me. Up and down with weight, plus getting older I've noticed it isn't as easy to eat what I want and be the same weight. After having the time to focus more on myself I knew I wanted to have a consistent schedule of working out daily, so I found YouTube had lot's of these fitnessblender videos and jumped right on them. I researched more and found their website about 2 months ago, which I love, and ever since then I've been feeling better about myself and my goals. I tell all my friends and family about this amazing couple and how anyone can do any of their programs and videos. My long term goal would be, love my body and the person I am today and everyday.
