FB Burn vs. Strong

Hi everyone!

I've done FB 30 Round 1 & Round 2 and want to mix it up a bit now. I've lost 15 lbs in the last 4 months thanks to Fitness Blender & eating healthy, but I still have about 5-7 lbs to go and would like to get more toned up.

I am a single mom who works outside of the home, so workouts that are less than 45 minutes are ideal for me.

So that being said, would you recommend FB Burn or Strong for the purpose of losing weight & toning up? I've read the workout descriptions and still can't make up my mind! Would love your input.
