Doing Pilates with Knee Pain

Hey guys, I had to stop my booty boot camp midway as my joints started hurting really badly... It is probably due to the concrete surface i am doing my workout on as well as bad shoes...

I have 2 questions:

1. Do you suggest that I restart the program from scratch (I missed 2 workouts thus far), or just push them backwards

2. Do you think pilates for glutes is suitable for someone who is experiencing knee pain?
