What program after Low Impact?

I'm completing the 4 week Low Impact program. I'm ready for a step up so I don't want to do this program again. I do need mostly low impact but I am comfortable modifying moves that are too much jumping for me.

I'm still pretty out of shape and 40 lbs overweight but I am not new to exercise. I own FB 30 and can start that but I wouldn't mind videos that are a little longer.

Any suggestions?
