Tightness in morning workout anyone?

Hi all,

I usually work out middle of the day before lunch (if working from home) or at the end of the day before dinner, but I tried a few times getting up earlier to do it before breakfast. I love the idea of this, but I tend to have less energy and be less flexible. Does anyone know how to alleviate this at all? Or is it just a result of it being first thing in the morning and my body hasn't woken up/is more stuff?
