Missing a day

Hi all,

So I’ve been using FB for a while now and am obsessed with the workout programs. Specifically the bored easily and 30/40 min ones. I am very strict with my self about getting it in everyday. I usually do it while my 18 month old naps and my 3 year old has her mat and “exercises” with me. (Really she just rolls around with her legs in the air) 🤣 Sometimes I can’t get the workout in and it makes me upset! I feel like I’m ruining all the work I’ve done. I recently heard Kelli say on one of the videos that it takes her 5 to 6 weeks to finish a 4 week program! That made me feel a little better. So I guess I’m asking how long does it take most of you to finish a 4 week program? I’m tired of beating myself up when I can’t get it in..
