Slimming thighs?

Hello all,

I need to ask a question about toning/ slimming thighs. I hope this doesn't come over in a negative way..

I know it's impossible to 'spot reduce'. I have been working out with FB for a couple of years with some breaks I typically use the programmes (I like FB 30) and I have seen real improvements in my strength and flexibility, all good!

I carry weight on my lower body and I do need/ want to loose some weight at the moment. My 'problem' is that my thighs just don't seem to change! I don;t hate my shape at all but this is the one area that really bothers me and it does make it hard to buy jeans and trousers that fit and hang well.

I know that loosing weight will help but does anyone else have this 'issue'? and does anyone have any advice on what I might do? Maybe I just need to persist and let time do the work as I workout?
