Just completed my second round of Booty 2 (have combined it inbetween with ABS). I like Booty 2 as it has a 3x a week schedule and is very intense.
Has anybody done BOOTY 1 (the first series)? Is it more or less the same or less intense (beginners series)? Has anybody a preference?
If it as as good as the 2nd programme but just different routines I might purchase it to mix things up a bit. But I do not want to get less intense.
