My problem with Cardio

Who else gets bored before 45 seconds?

I love HIIT but because it moves quickly, but too hard to do all the time. I typically do 2-3 week max, otherwise I'm too sore to weight training.

I know D &K try to make it fun with different moves, but oh goodness 45 seconds feels like forever!

Anything you do to help with boredom?
