These two little gems

Soo, I wanted to share these tel short, but very good workouts I found. I did the 100 rep lunge challenge at work when I had some downtime (I’m always trying to find short effective workouts like this throughout the day on slower days) and I did the other Pilates butt and thigh video after a strength workout. I definilty felt the burn and was sore after each other them. I will probably do them 2 rounds each next time I add them on for a burnout round. Short and sweet and wanted to share with you all! I’ve been really trying to focus on building up my butt and thigh strength and tone and these types of workouts that really isolate specific muscles at a time have helped tremendously! I’m very excited to see my progress when I finish my current program. Anyways, wanted to share hopefully any of you trying either will find them as fantastic as I did! Happy working out everyone :)
