Do you use programs, or do you make your own? Or a combination of both?

Hi! I have been FB'ing for nearly 2 years, but I haven't done much in the forums (I tend to be a lurker ;)) Just last week I finished of FB Booty round 2, which I am doing in combination with FB abs - but I tend to mix the workouts up a bit and space them out, as I only workout 3 times a week (I run a couple of times a week also, and have two rest days a week). This week I am away on holidays, so I have been doing some of my favourite 'no equipment' workouts, and I am thinking I might spend a few weeks going back to some favourites. What do you guys like to do? Sometimes I like the freedom to set my own workouts, and other times I enjoy the structure of a program :)
