Am I using FB right?

I've been doing FB workouts for over a year now, but I'm realizing that I'm probably doing them wrong. Since I get bored easily,I do a different workout video every day (of the three days a week I exercise). Is it good or effective to do it like that or should I plan my own program with very specific videos for a few months and then changing them?
