Working Out With Injuries

Hi, I'm looking for some advice. I am presently carrying 3 burst compression fractures of the spine and have several squashed disks (I'm nearly 2 inches shorter than I was). Unfortunately, it's too dangerous to operate and I was left high and dry with only Morphine as a painkiller. This stuff became more and more ineffective as well as slowing my metabolism to the point where I put on an enormous amount of weight. So...I ditched the opiates and began dieting and exercising, trying to strengthen my core to support my back. I've lost weight and am getting stronger, thanks largely to FB videos which I carefully follow, bearing in mind my injuries (there's some stuff I just can't do). I would like to try some HIIT but I can't jump around or bend my back. Can FB or anyone recommend some good cardio that would get me going and help me lose weight, while keeping me safe? I'd really appreciate any suggestions and thanks to Fitness Blender for helping me get this far! Ruth x
