When add in Strong, Abs or Booty?

I’ve done FB low impact and finishing up FB30 round 3. I’ve seen increase in strength and fitness, I’ve lost weight and current clothes fit better. I’ve still got work to do to increase both strength and fitness and lose more body fat. I’m trying to not use scale as goal, so going down a dress size is my next goal. I’m pear shaped and carry most body fat in butt and thighs, core is still weak, and while I’m now doing the high impact moves it’s at slower pace.

I’m going to do Bodyweight program for 2 weeks as I won’t have access to weights. After that, I’m not sure what to do. Should I keep increasing fitness level and strength by redoing FB30 or try Burn/Sweat before I try Strong, Booty or Abs? Not sure if I’m ready for those programs.
