Daily Check-in: Friday, July 6th

Hello Blenders!

How are you all doing today? We're almost to the weekend! Do you have any fun plans you're looking forward to?

It's gonna be a busy day around here today! But at least the weather's cooperating (highs in the 70s (F) and low humidity), so that makes everything go a little smoother.

So my #WorkoutCompleteForK&D today is this total body workout:

I'll admit I haven't done a total body workout in a long time. I kinda forget about them, to be honest. I really should add them into my routines more because they are great for increasing coordination, agility, and functional strength.

What do you guys have planned today? Are you working out or are you resting?

What about some food? (I haven't talked about food in at least a day! Who am I even?? ha ha)

So last night we had salmon with zucchini, mushrooms, greens, and rice. The night before we had chicken wraps with zucchini, bell peppers, mushrooms, radishes, tomatoes, and avocados. Today, I'm thinking this quinoa dish:

I might also cook some hanging tender to go along with it. I need a little more iron today (donating blood), so adding a little meat would help, I think.
