Which program is best for me?

Hi!

I have been using FB for over a year now and am seeing great results. I really enjoy the free 5 day challenges, but my work schedule doesn't allow me time to complete the challenges all at once. I generally find myself a little structure on my days off but I am craving a structured program to help me. I work three days a week, 12-16 hour shifts in a row and then have four days off. I use my work days to rest and maybe some informal stretching and I work out on my days off. All of the programs seem to be 5-6 days a week in length and I can't complete as they are intended. I saw the FB XT program and this appears to be good, but it looks intense to do all of those 3 days in a row. I typically focus on HIIT, strength training, Tabata or kickboxing and I use yoga to cool down and stretch. Which program would be the best for me and my schedule?
