WORKOUTS FOR THE WEEK

Good Morning Blenders. Hope you guys are all doing well. I was wondering how you guys set up your workouts for the week? Do you do legs one day and then arms another? Total body all week long? I was also wonder what some of your favourites are for the different body focus areas. There are just so many to choose from that it can get frustrating. LOL! Thanks in advance.
