Hello Blenders!

We had some wicked thunderstorms yesterday afternoon, but they cleared out just before dark. So we were left with a really amazing sunset; and I just wanted to share it with you guys!

So how are you all doing today?

I'm glad that we're finally getting a little drop in temps today. Makes it somewhat more manageable to do anything, really lol.

Are you guys working out today, or are you resting?

I'm getting my #WorkoutCompleteForK&D with this upper body workout:

It's been a long time since I've done this one; I'm looking forward to it. I also think I'm going to add on a short kickboxing workout today too. I really love Stong, and I love weight lifting, but I've been missing my kickboxing lol.

As for meal ideas? I'm trying something new tonight. It's catfish poached in coconut milk. I've never tried it before, but it seems simple enough. (Hopefully it tastes good too lol).
