FB30 programs - Where to start?

Hi,

I've just purchased my first program and I'm starting out today. I see that I have purchased round 3 of the FB30 program and I have a workout buddy who is purchasing the first round. I did not notice that there were several rounds before I purchased.

I wonder if it may be a good idea to start out with the first round instead. Does anyone have experience with the different programs? Is it better to start out with the first and then progress?

I'm not super fit at the moment (hence the need to start this program), but I'm used to working out and quite structured in my approach. I just don't want to burn out by starting out too hard. And, anyway, the costs of the programs are so low that I don't mind buying several.
