Best Program for fat loss and tone

Hi everyone, I was wondering if you could recommend a workout program that is best for fat loss and over all toning! I love HIIT workouts and strength training. I don't have a lot of weight to lose but I have noticed over the past few months I have gained some fat around my stomach and thighs, I probably only want to lose maybe 4-5lbs but my main focus is to lose this little bit of weight and then mainly tone everywhere. My fitness level a month or so ago was really high but as I have had a couple of months off now i'm not sure how my endurance will be. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. I am also wondering about diet tips, I am mainly a vegeterian but I only occasionally eat fish so I am looking for good meal plan ideas that would ensure that I get all the protein that I would need in order to notice more tone and definition.
