Just started FB Low Impact yesterday! This is my second round - I completed the first one in May, to great success! I prefer low impact because I live in apartment and don't like to make too much noise, and I really enjoy having a mix of weights combined with days of pilates or yoga style. It works for me and I had so much confidence when I finished the last time. Is anyone else doing this program, has done it, or just really likes low impact workouts? Lets chat!
