Combining programs

I’m currently half way through FB Strong, after I completed FB Burn - next I’m interested in combining 2 programs. (I have a 3 week holiday in 6 weeks!)

Firstly, has anyone got any advice on 2 programs which combine well together? And secondly, do you do one workout from each program every day, or alternate the programs on alternate days?
