Program for weight loss

I am at day 38 of FB fit, and I am looking to purchase a new program after this. I live upstairs with a cranky neighbor in the lower floor, so jumping is not possible. I was good with HIIT until I moved to this apartment, though I am not a runner I started running atleast twice a week to get enough cardio/HIIT. And with all the hiit so far I did the low impact version and still felt very good. Especially with circuit programs. Could anyone suggest me a program which has less of jumping but at the same time focuses on fat loss? I do love strength training a lot but I really want to lose some weight. I currently weigh 133 pounds and I haven’t budged even a bit after I started the FB fit program. I’m probably gaining muscle as I can see I’m getting stronger but I really want to lose about 6-8 pounds atleast. Oh yea and my height is 5 ft 2 inches. Please help me !!
