Can't Decide on a Program

I am currently trying to decide which workout program to purchase. I have been using fitness blender videos at random for about 5 weeks now at about a 3-4 difficulty. (I find level 4 super challenging though). Before that, I was never really into strenght training, but now I want to explore it. My fitness level was... meh because all I ever really did was mindless cardio (tredmill). I'm not really looking to lose weight, but I'd like to increace my overall fitness, lose fat, and get toned. Right now, I'm looking at FB Bodyweight, but does this program have the cardio/HIIT aspect that I like? What do you guys think would be best for me? (I'm a women in her 20s if that helps)
