fast-slow combo

In short - it combines easier and harder version of the same movement (for example squats and squat jumps, in ABAB format)

Then I went on to search for similar videos (by search words fast and slow) and I couldn't find any :( Can anyone suggest a better way of searching? I'm sure there must be more like this, maybe not as a separate video but as a cardio component of a longer one... So if you can think of a workout with a fast-slow structure in it, please let me know. Thanks!
