Hello! I first discovered Fitness Blender a few months ago as I looked for ways to motivate myself to be more fit. Since that time I've gotten my wife hooked as well. I typically do several workouts a week in addition to my running and mountain biking. My wife and I even do the 1000 calorie workouts together!

Great site, we love the presentation and the fact that sometimes Daniel and Kelly seem just as tired as we are! Makes us push ourselves that much harder.
