Calories, fbs abs or strength training?

I need help I don’t have work out knowledge ! I just finished fb 30 . I feel great, a lot stronger and lost some inches on my thighs and waist . I can’t decide what to do next . I want to tone and define muscle in my whole body but my focus is of course my abs and thighs. I do not want to loose much weight other then some slight chub I have on my belly and sides. I know you can’t target weight Should I still do a slight calorie deficiency or to define and build muscle should I eat more . Should I focus onan abs program or another fb30 or strength training ?
