Hello Blenders!

How are you all doing today?

I'm doing ok. My little buddy seems to be doing ok too; so we're hanging on for now.

So yesterday, I ended up doing this kickboxing and upper body video combo:

And I'm feeling it in my upper back today! I was happy that I was able to do the full 50 seconds of Push Ups + Row using 10 lbs per hand and doing full push ups the whole time! I've been trying to do it for awhile, and I guess all that anxious energy I had yesterday provided the extra oomph to finally do it. lol

Today, I think I'm going to try the lower body combo that JustRaven recommended yesterday:

What about some delicious meal ideas?

I was planning a simple dinner last night of eggs, veggies, and toast; but my husband brought home some beef cheeks, and he made those for us instead. Basically this recipe:

But instead of braising them for 5-6 hours in the oven, he put them into the pressure cooker for about 1 - 1 1/2 hours. They are so good. If you've never had beef cheeks before, I highly recommend them. They're delicious, but you really have to cook them for a long time or they'll be too tough to eat.
