Need a boost

Hi all --

Been a FB lurker for a few years. Tried doing the YouTube videos but always lost motivation to do it consistently. After seeing and feeling my belly getting bigger, I decided to get out of my rut. I used to go to the gym twice a week with a trainer, and sometimes a third time with a friend. But I stopped and got discouraged. Now I'm not going to feel sorry for myself and lament over the results I didn't get with the work I didn't do.

It's time for me to get a consistent WORKOUT COMPLETE.
