Needing to Target Abs and Upper Body

Hello - throwing this out there, hoping anyone might have some advice.

I'm going for a new job in 4 months, and part of the application process involves a physical ability test. I'm told in order to do well in the test I should focus on cardio, upper body strength and core. Cardio I'm happy I can handle as I plan on doing some running, will be training for the beep test and I like to keep workouts fun by throwing in some dance every now and then.

But can anyone recommend a program that looks at Core and Upper Body? I looked at the Ab programs here but need to make sure I'm getting in an equal amount of upper body time as well. Would I be better off just selecting individual workout videos each week so I know I'm covering both areas rather than a program as such?
