Fb mass for weight loss ?

Hi everybody

I shall be finishing fb fit in 2 days. Loved the program . I actually didn’t lose any weight at all. But I know that’s because I didn’t eat as clean as I should have been(big sweet tooth and hostel life ). Now I have shifted into a new room , which is on the 2nd floor and the floor is quite slippery . Which makes it a little difficult to do things like lateral jumps and broad jumps. I had originally planned to start fb sweat next. I absolutely love that program ! But I have been wondering should I do a more strength based program instead ? Less jumping.. another voice inside my head is saying that this is just an excuse to get out of doing tough HIIT workouts 😂. So.. how is fb mass for fat loss and does it have sufficient amount of cardio. I remember reading some posts that fb strong is 90% strength training and people actually started to miss cardio..
