returning to exercise after short break 😳

Hello to all,

I am writing this as I have just had about a 3 week break from working out and I have started back today on my second last week of fb30 round 3 and I couldn’t hardly manage any of it!

I struggled through but feel like all the progress I worked so hard to make is gone?

Does anyone else have any similar experience and how long before you returned to your usual workout self! I stayed active during my break but wow I was not expecting how unfit I became in that short time !
