Program suggestions?

I own FB Bodyweight and FB Abs round 1. I saw changes in my body when I did the Abs program, so I was thinking about doing round 2 of the abs. But then again, I've been seeing a lot of great before and after stories from doing one of FBs 8 week programs, or FB Sweat or Burn. I thought about doing one these also. The problem with the 8 week programs for me is the lifting. I don't like going to the gym so I own my own weights. However, the highest weight I have is 5lbs as weights are so expensive, and most exercises in FBs strength videos, I can only lift the 5 lbs. Sometimes I have to drop to 3 depending on the exercise. So, would buying a 8 week programs that uses weights a lot be a waste for me? I don't want to not get the most out the program because I don't have high weights. What are your guys suggestions on 8 weeks programs, or thoughts about Abs, Sweat and Burn?
