FB Fit v FB 30

I have been allowing about 45 - 50 minutes a day for my workout time. I get out of bed at 6:00 AM and hope to be finished by 7:00 AM. Wanting to get one of the Fat Loss/Burn programs but worried about the time commitment in the FB Fit. As I can't see what the schedule looks like without purchasing, wondering if someone could give a range of minutes needed each day?
