Workout plan suggestions!

Hi everyone,

I am an 18 year old young woman with an endomorph body type. With that in mind, it is incredibly difficult for me to lose weight and I tend to gain it very easily despite eating a healthy balanced diet. It is essential that I am at a calorie deficit each day in order to lose weight. Do you have any suggestions on what would be the best workout program for the best results? I start a new job on Monday that will require me to walk 4km per day, I plan on doing yoga in the mornings and doing my workout routine in the evenings. I am relatively fit, however, I have been more sedentary for the last month. The program I currently own is FB Bodyweight Round 2, however I took a little break. I am looking to lose 20-30 pounds.
