Substituting Upper Body Workouts?

I can't do chest exercises that utilize the pectoral muscles and I don't like doing arm workouts because I have stick arms and want to keep them that way, and was just wondering if there were any good alternatives to the Upper Body Strength Days in the workout programs (specifically FB30 is the program I have). Up til now, I just don't use weights and end up basically feeling like I barely worked out on these days, and I'd love to find a good substitute that is still a good workout, not a lower body workout (since often on these days it's after a super hard leg day and my legs are jello). I am okay doing something more like pilates/cardio barre type of workout vs weights, but was curious if anyone has specific suggestions I can do instead of weight training on the Upper Body days. thanks in advance!
