Daily Check-in: Thursday, May 31st

Good day Blenders!

Can you believe that May is over already?! I can't believe we're almost 6 months into 2018 already! Kinda crazy!

So how are you all doing today? Are you sore from yesterday's workout?

I did this workout yesterday:

and it felt so good! I'm glad I had taken a rest day/stretching day on Tuesday; I think it really helped me push myself in Wednesday's workout.

So for today, I think I'm going to try this combo of videos:

But we'll see how I feel after the kickboxing though lol.

We have one more day of warm-ish weather today, and then it's supposed to cool off! I'm so excited! It will be more comfortable for my dogs too. Part of my workout yesterday also included shaving my oldest pup. He's such a fuzz and gets too warm in the summer, so he gets sheared. It's quite the ordeal too lol. I don't know how groomers do it every day!
