I broke

Was doing fb 30 r3, and half way through stopped and switched to FB advenutre, and half way just swtiched to FB strong. ( I have done all these programs before). The reason is my step count goal each day is now more than 8000, and my legs can't take HIIT on top of it most days. Any advice on what to do other than the steps and FB strong?
