FB Sweat #workoutcomplete & body image question

Day 2 done! Have had a helluva stressful month - was in a bad car accident, found out I have a bunch of dietary sensitivities, and work has amped up in an exciting way too. Whew! So glad to make time for this workout. It was tough but I lifted heavy and felt strong!

How do you focus more on how you perform in your workouts and less on how you look? I struggle with this so much.
