Finished FB Burn-HIIT Issues

I just completed FB Burn and I really did like it! However, I've been noticing that I'm starting to digress with my performance during HIIT workouts. I feel so winded and seemed to need more breaks. I got to week 3 of Burn and my legs just felt tired and I was sweating and heaving more than usual. What happened? Has this happened to others?
